Hope Worsdale elected as SU President

Hope Worsdale has been elected as the new President of Warwick Students’ Union (SU).

Hope has been Education Officer for the SU during this academic year.

Some of her top manifesto points are for more investment in mental health, fighting for fair and affordable housing, and tackling sexual violence on campus.

The other candidates were Alex Bevis, Hok Chiu and Tom Jepson. Alex came in second place, with Hope winning 55% of the vote in the final round.
