Skinny superfood smoothie

This is my go-to superfood smoothie. It’s super healthy and is crammed with nutrients. If you can, use frozen sliced banana because it makes extra creamy!



  • 1 banana, sliced (preferably frozen)
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 2 handfuls frozen blueberries
  • 150ml milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp honey or 2 dates
  • A few ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp almond or cashew nut butter (optional)
  • Pumpkin seeds, to serve



It’s so simple, just pop all of the ingredients in a blender and serve straight away! If it is too thick, loosen it with more milk or a splash of water.
