Skinny superfood smoothie
This is my go-to superfood smoothie. It’s super healthy and is crammed with nutrients. If you can, use frozen sliced banana because it makes extra creamy!
Ingredients:
- 1 banana, sliced (preferably frozen)
 - 1 handful fresh spinach
 - 2 tbsp oats
 - 2 handfuls frozen blueberries
 - 150ml milk or plant-based milk
 - 1 tsp honey or 2 dates
 - A few ice cubes
 - 1 tbsp almond or cashew nut butter (optional)
 - Pumpkin seeds, to serve
 
Method:
It’s so simple, just pop all of the ingredients in a blender and serve straight away! If it is too thick, loosen it with more milk or a splash of water.
