FA Cup: Manchester United host Liverpool in round four

After some entertaining weekend clashes, the fourth-round draw for the FA Cup has been made, and some enthralling ties have been thrown into the mix.

The headline tie of the round features Premier League rivals Manchester United and Liverpool going head-to-head at Old Trafford, with both sides going into this one full of confidence and determination to see off their old foes.

Manchester City take on League Two side Cheltenham Town at Whaddon Road, with Wolves facing non-league outfit Chorley, who pulled off an upset against a heavily weakened Derby County in the last round.

Swansea and Nottingham Forest clash in the hopes of facing Manchester City or Cheltenham in the next round

Crawley Town, who upset the odds in round three against Leeds United, will take on Bournemouth next, and Mourinho’s Spurs, having downed eighth-tier Marine, will face Wycombe Wanderers.

Fulham take on fellow Premier League outfit Burnley, while Swansea and Nottingham Forest clash in the hopes of facing Manchester City or Cheltenham in the next round. Frank Lampard’s Chelsea host Luton Town.

The competition’s holders, Arsenal, will visit either Southampton or Shrewsbury in the next round.

All the ties for the fourth round will be played on the weekend of 23-24 January.
