Adult ball pit and prosecco bar coming to Coventry and Leamington Spa

An event offering an adult ball pool and prosecco bar is coming to Coventry in February and Leamington Spa in March as part of its UK tour.

The event, called ‘Prosecco and Balls’, promises a quarter of a million colourful balls, 1000 inflatables and prosecco on draught.

‘Prosecco and Balls’ will arrive in the Coventry nightclub Empire on the 24 February and 75% of tickets have already sold out. The organisers hope that the ball pit will open up an experience that most won’t have had since childhood, as it aims to create a: “childish world filled with joy, laughter and prosecco”.

The organisers of the tour are giving the UK public plenty of opportunities to give ‘Prosecco and Balls’ a try, as the event is appearing in multiple locations across the country from November onwards. In addition to Coventry, a visit to Leamington Spa is scheduled for 31 March, although the exact location has not yet been revealed.

This is one of many upcoming events attracting adults with promises of prosecco, as the Italian wine continues to increase in popularity. Last year, sales of prosecco overtook sales of champagne in the UK. Similar events include a ‘Prosecco & Percussion’ party, which comes to Coventry next July, ‘Prosecco Fest’ and a ‘Prosecco and Pizza’ festival, both of which are coming to Birmingham this December.

But, as well as serving prosecco cocktails and ice lollies, ‘Prosecco and Balls’ also comes with the unique selling point of thousands of multi-coloured balls and a chance to swim across to the bar.
