Let’s be honest: everyone loves bouncing on a trampoline. If that’s all you’re after, the University of Warwick Trampoline Club is for you. But, as president Anna Blackbourn explains, the club offers so much more than just trampolining…

Try a new sport

You might have bounced on a garden trampoline or had a few P.E. lessons at school but you’ve never experienced trampolining like this! Joining our club takes the fun pastime from your childhood and incorporates it with bouncier trampolines and more complex skills – whilst still retaining the fun!

It can be as competitive as you like

There are plenty of opportunities to compete: we are part of the Southern University Trampoline League and attend competitions throughout the year, as well as representing Warwick at our BUCS event where we compete against every university with a trampoline club! However, we also have many members who bounce solely for fitness and fun and they are just as welcome!

A chance to get more involved in sport

Through trampolining we provide opportunities to get more involved in the sport and gain new skills. We offer opportunities for people to complete coaching and judging courses, which not only look impressive on your CV but also allows you to contribute more to the sport.

We’re a club that gives back!

We are dedicated to giving back to the community through both fundraising and volunteering. Our ‘Project Bounce’ scheme sees our coaches volunteer in local schools. We also hold charity events each term where we fundraise for both local and national causes.

We’re friendly and sociable

We pride ourselves on being one of the friendliest clubs on campus! We have an inclusive atmosphere where anyone can come to any session, competition or social. We hold weekly socials varying from circling at POP!, to bar crawls, to meals out. We also go on an annual tour each year, where actual trampolining is replaced with socials in the sun! Previous destinations include Athens, Barcelona and Morocco.
