Advice for incoming freshers
Come down to sports fair and meet some of the lads. We have taster sessions on Tuesday and Friday of week 1 which are both completely free! We also have our first circle of the year on Wednesday week 1 which is always great fun. For those of you looking to play for the 1st team we have a trial match against Coventry at the start of term and places are up for grabs! Give it a go, we’re a friendly club and League is a great sport! Targets for next season
Win the league again, regain our Varsity title against Coventry and win the cup.
Training times and venues
Westwood Tarkett. Mondays @ 5pm and Fridays @ 5.30pm. Training sessions are led by Troy Perkins, an ex-Australian international.

Biggest club social
Mystery Easter Tour! Several days of debauchery in a cultural hotspot, previous tour destinations include Krakow, Prague, Barcelona and Belgrade. Definitely not to be missed!
Club BNOC (big name on campus)
Dave O’ Connor (below) has played Rugby League for Midlands Students and Great Britain Pioneers several times. He recently signed a semi-professional contract with Coventry Bears while continuing to play for Warwick Uni.

Charity
We have an annual ‘Take me Out’ event with the Aerobics club based on the TV show. It’s a really fun night and all proceeds go to charity!
