Tap Dance Society Freshers Profile

The Tap Dance society is well known for being the hosts of the university’s biggest dance showcase, ‘Pizazz’, held every year in Term Two. It’s a very relaxed, friendly society that has weekly lessons catering for all abilities as well as weekly socials that include bowling, theatre trips and picnics! The society tends to steer away from the drink culture of our socials but they do cater for those who like to party as well. Publicity officer Natalie Haslam says, “Tap has allowed me to come out of my shell and make a variety of friends across all years – tap was so welcoming!” You can join the society for £2.50 on warwicksu.com/societies. Individual class prices are £2.50 for an hour class or £3 for an hour and a half class, but the society also offers term passes that save you money!
