Leamington’s Morrisons to be biggest in UK

**Leamington Spa will soon get its own Morrisons supermarket – the biggest one in the UK.**

The store, which is due to open on March 25, will be located near the Myton Road/Princes Drive/Old
Warwick Road roundabout, a short walking distance from the train station.

Ching Fung, a third-year EPAIS student who lives in North Leamington said she welcomed the
competition as food prices have been rising recently.

However she believed that the location was inaccessible for students without cars living in the North.

“I think I’ll stick to Tesco Express since I don’t have a car,” she said.

The store is estimated to create 350 jobs in the area.
