You’re not “living in a daydream”, Harry Styles is back!

Benson Boone, thank you for keeping his seat warm, but you are no longer needed – Harry Styles is back!

After the conclusion of Love On Tour in July 2023, Styles has been on a hiatus that proved to be surprisingly productive with an array of side quests, including running the Berlin marathon (in a very respectable time), braving the streets of London on a lime bike, watching the announcement of the Pope in person at the Vatican, and helping someone to parallel park their car. However, the wait is now over, and the multi-award-winning singer has announced the release of his fourth studio album, Kiss All Of The Time. Disco, Occasionally.

A series of billboards were spotted around the world… with ‘We Belong Together’ and ‘See You Very Soon’ plastered in the corner

Suspicions arose on 27 December, when a video appeared on Styles’ YouTube channel titled ‘Forever, Forever’. The video, which was revealed to be a recording of Styles’ ‘goodbye’ at his final show on his nearly two-year-long Love On Tour, fuelled suspicions of a potential comeback.

Further confirmation arrived through a range of cryptic clues, which appeared on our phone screens and billboards around the world. Styles’ official website updated with a sign-up link, and an arrow that kept getting shorter and shorter. Not long after this, a series of billboards were spotted around the world, from New York to Madrid to London, with ‘We Belong Together’ and ‘See You Very Soon’ plastered in the corner. The ‘easter eggs’ planted by Styles and his team sent rumours flying amongst all the ‘Harries’ on social media that 2026 would be the year that the 31-year-old pop singer makes his much-awaited return.

And the rumours are true: Styles announced his fourth studio album, Kiss All The Of Time. Disco, Occasionally, set to be released on 6 March.

‘Aperture’, the latest single by the award-winning artist, provides a glimpse into what Styles’ fourth studio album will be

The twelve-track album has been produced by long-time collaborator Kid Harpoon, who also had a hand in producing Harry’s House. It is no surprise that Harpoon has reunited with Styles due to the success of his third album, which was the recipient of the much-coveted Album of the Year award at both the 2023 Grammys and Brit Awards.

Additionally, after the clock struck ‘disco’ on Styles website, another of the many clues accompanying the album rollout, the lead single to the upcoming album was revealed.

‘Aperture’, the latest single by the award-winning artist, provides a glimpse into what Styles’ fourth studio album will be. For those not well-versed in photography terminology, aperture controls how much light is let into the camera lens.

Cameras appear to be a theme throughout the announcement of this new Harry Styles era, too. The announcement of the much-awaited LP brought a new collection of merch, including a film camera and a camera bag, because, of course, who wouldn’t want a Harry Styles-branded camera?

Impressively, Styles is doubling his current record for his residency at New York’s Madison Square Garden

Interestingly, after ordering any merch or pre-ordering a physical copy of the album through Styles’ official store, fans were greeted with the fact that they will receive a pre-sale code for any upcoming tour dates. This sent ‘Harries’ into a spiral, thinking that we may need to be picking out our feather boas sooner than we expected.

As if the album and single announcement were not enough in one week, another post appeared on Styles’ Instagram account, revealing that Together, Together will be coming to six cities this summer, including London. The pop sensation will kick off his residency-style tour in Amsterdam and return to Wembley Stadium for a record-breaking twelve nights between 12 June and 4 July. Impressively, Styles is doubling his current record for his residency at New York’s Madison Square Garden; he will be gracing the iconic venue’s stage thirty times between August and October. The singer-songwriter will also be visiting São Paulo, Mexico City, Melbourne, and Sydney later in the year.

Unsurprisingly, we had a ticket battle similar to ‘The Great War’ of trying to get Eras Tour tickets, which was foreshadowed by the Instagram announcement of Kiss All Of The Time. Disco, Occasionally amassing 6.8 million likes in just a few days after publication. ‘Harries’ found themselves with queue numbers in the 400,000s, and, despite controversies around pricing, half of the Wembley shows have sold out.

Styles has also announced a ‘One-Night Only’ at Manchester’s Co-Op Arena, in which he is an investor. Tickets cost only £20, but, due to the expected unprecedented demand, fans will have to sign up for a ticket request, and they will be allocated at random.

It’s clear that the last couple of weeks have been a whirlwind for ‘Harries’ as, since breaking his silence, the singer-songwriter has piled on announcement after announcement. For now, we wait for Styles’ next move.

At least on 5 March, we can say HS4 AT MIDNIGHT, for real this time.
