Real Madrid showed their European pedigree with a 5-0 demolition of Kairat Almaty. Antoine Griezmann marked his 200th Atlético goal before Jonathan Burkardt replied, but Giuliano Simeone’s header and Julián Álvarez’s penalty sealed a convincing win.

Inter Milan continued their perfect start with a 3-0 victory over Slavia Prague. Lautaro Martínez opened the scoring before Denzel Dumfries added a second, and Martínez struck again after the break to complete the result.

Bayern Munich rounded off the week with a 5-1 demolition of Pafos. Harry Kane opened the scoring before Raphaël Guerreiro and Nicolas Jackson extended the lead. Mislav Oršić briefly reduced the deficit before half time, but Kane’s second and Michael Olise’s emphatic finsih capped another free scoring performance from the German champions.
