The University has adopted it’s own snapchat filter, meaning that students can now send Warwick themed snaps.

The new filter features Warwick’s new logo in the infamous shade of Warwick aubergine.

Students can add Warwick’s new logo to their selfies and snaps

Students can add the image to their snaps using the Snapchat mobile app whilst on campus at Warwick.

The filter is part of Snapchat’s geofilter feature, which allows users to submit ideas for photo filters relating to a specific area or place.

Mary Arcari, a second-year Economics student, was pleased with the new filter. She said: “It’s great that Warwick finally has a snapchat filter!”

However, she wasn’t keen on the choice of image, she added: “They could have chosen a better image…”

Peter Dunn, the director of press and policy at the University, has stated that Warwick’s social media team has not set up the Snapchat filter.

If you know who created the Warwick filter let the Boar know!
