External affairs teams relocated

The External Affairs teams at University House have been relocated, as their office space is currently undergoing refurbishment. 

The Student Finance team is now running its operations from the ground floor of Senate house, near the student reception.

The Press and Internal Communications team has been moved to the Academic Office on the first floor, whilethe digital team has been repositioned to an editing suite on the ground floor of the University House.

The Internal Audit has been relocated permanently to the first floor of University House annex, as the Corporate Relations team continues to operate from the same location.

The Development and Marketing Teams have been moved to the Westwood Campus within the premises of Science Education Building.

All the staff members are continuing to use the same contact details. The refurbishments to University House are scheduled for completion on Friday 28 February.

The refurbishment is seeking to create an adaptable and effectual office environment by using improved telephony and IT infrastructure.

Besides accommodating an informal meeting area, enclosed pods for making personal calls or one-to-one meetings are being put into place.

An enhanced use of colour and lighting is aimed at creating a vibrant workplace, which will accommodate the Development, Marketing, Communications and Corporate Relations teams once completed.
